Here is a row house on Capital Hill. We parged the retaining wall and stairs in the front and capped the wall with 2inch thick Pennsylvania flagstone. We built a patio next to the existing walkway using 12″ X 24″ Pennsylvania thermal flagstone. We surrounded the area with small shrubs and plants.
