This project was phase one. We removed all of the vegetation and re graded the entire rear yard. We installed sod, plantings, a crape myrtle tree and mulch. We reworked the existing “creek” and formed a new creek bed using river jacks, Pennsylvania fieldstone boulders and a single piece of random Pennsylvania Flagstone for a bridge. The new patio is a dry set Tennessee Tan freeform shape with tan polymeric sand in the joints. The seating bench is a mortared stone bench using Vanderbilt veneer stone, and features a 2 inch Autumn Brown top with hand chipped edges. Phase two will be a 6 foot privacy fence on the fence line behind the bench as well as a new deck coming off the rear of the home and leading down to the patio.
