Here we teamed up with our partners, Drainage and Erosion Solutions LLC, to correct the drainage issues around the base of this house. We excavated the foundation around the house down to the footers and then sealed the walls of the house. Next we put down a gravel base and then a perforated pipe on top and then covered it with more gravel. Lastly, we put in a fabric barrier and then backfilled the area with dirt.
