The objective of the Brady Project was to make the most of their townhouse yard. We built a PA flagstone patio with a seating bench that we veneered on PA field stone to make it look as if it was ‘stacked’. In the middle of the patio was a county storm drain that could not be moved so instead we made the drain look decorative by adding a border and filling it in with river rocks so the water could still drain properly. We added some new plants and mulch throughout the remainder of the yard.
